JOSEPH P. CAPOSSELA is a partner practicing in the areas of Real Estate, Land Use, and Business/Estate Matters. Attorney Capossela is a graduate of Providence College and the University of Connecticut School of Law. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Planning and Zoning Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, has lectured frequently on zoning topics and authored "The Confounding Subdivision" for The Connecticut Law Tribune. Attorney Capossela is also a member of the Connecticut Association of Zoning Enforcement Officers, Board of Directors of Connecticut Rural Development Council, and the Exchange Club of Rockville. In addition, he is an associate member and counsel to the Connecticut Farm Bureau, a former director of Tolland Bank (1999-2000) and Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company (1984-1987).
Attorney Capossela serves as an attorney trial referee and fact finder/arbitrator of the Rockville Superior Court. He is a former member and chair of the Tolland County Grievance Panel and the Standing Committee on Admission to the Bar for Tolland County.
