WILLIAM J. DAKIN manages KKC's Probate, Estate Planning, Business Planning and Taxation practice. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and the University of Miami (Florida) School of Law and also received a graduate degree in taxation from Boston University School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association Committee on Taxation and the Connecticut Bar Association Committees on Estate, Probate and Taxation. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Attorney Dakin was formerly an adjunct faculty member of the University of Hartford Graduate Tax Program. He is the President of the Business and Estate Council of Northeast Connecticut, and a member of the Tax and Probate committees of the Connecticut Bar Association. He is also involved in many community activities including membership in the Andover Recreation Commission, Moderator for the Bolton Congregational Church, and Windham Hospital Foundation's Planned Giving Committee. |
