Oliver Chappell is "of Counsel" to Kahan, Kerensky & Capossela. Attorney Chappell practiced Construction and Business Law, Commercial Real Estate, and Estate Planning in the greater Windham - Mansfield area for thirty-three years. He is currently a member of the Commercial-Construction Panel of the American Arbitration Association and hears arbitration cases on a part-time basis. Attorney Chappell is a past Director of the former Willimantic Savings Loan Association, Counsel to Joshua's Trust and two municipalities and is a past member of the Board of Education in Willington. He has also been a Lecturer in Law at the University of Connecticut.
