William E. Breslau
Of Counsel
William E. Breslau, at the firm for almost 50 years, concentrates in real property and land use matters. He works with financial institutions, developers, and those buying and selling real property. Bill is a graduate of Syracuse University and the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he served on the Board of Editors of the Law Review. He is a member emeritus of the Executive Committee of the Real Property Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. He is a past President of the Tolland County Bar Association, Tolland County Chamber of Commerce, and the Nathan Hale Branch of the American Red Cross. He is a Tolland County Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and serves on the Board of Directors for the Welles Village Retirement Community.
