Giacomo is a partner in KKC’s Business practice, where he advises business owners, investors, developers, closely held companies, and individuals in a wide range of transactional matters. His practice focuses on business transactions, entity formation and governance, contracts, commercial financing, commercial and residential real estate, taxation, and related business matters.

Earlier in his career, he worked with KPMG and Arthur Andersen, where he developed substantial experience in tax and financial matters. His background also includes experience with Cummings & Lockwood and Weinstein and Anastasio.
Giacomo received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, from the University of Connecticut and his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Connecticut.
In addition to his law practice, Giacomo is an adjunct professor at Quinnipiac University, where he teaches Business Law.
