KKC’s litigation lawyers most often represent our clients in the Superior Courts in Tolland, Hartford, Middlesex, and New Haven Counties, but frequently travel to all other Connecticut county courthouses. Though most trial work occurs in the state’s courts, our trial experience includes Housing Court, the United States Bankruptcy and Federal District Courts, Probate Court, as well as administrative forums, like the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, and the Connecticut Department of Banking.
