In his new role, Giacomo will be advising clients on business formations, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and other commercial business matters.
As both an attorney and accountant with more than twenty-five years of legal, tax, and business experience, Giacomo brings a multidisciplinary perspective to his practice. He cares deeply about developing long-term client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to his clients.

Before joining KKC, Giacomo practiced transactional law at other Connecticut firms and maintained his own full-service practice. A graduate of the University of Connecticut and Quinnipiac University School of Law, he is admitted to practice in Connecticut state and federal courts. Giacomo also serves as an adjunct professor of Business Law at Quinnipiac University.
