William E. Breslau, at the firm for over 50 years, concentrates in real property and land use matters. He works with financial institutions, developers, and those buying and selling real property.

Bill is a graduate of Syracuse University and the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he served on the Board of Editors of the Law Review. He is a member emeritus of the Executive Committee of the Real Property Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and is Vice Chairman of the Economic Development Commission of the Town of Vernon. He is a past President of the Tolland County Bar Association, Tolland County Chamber of Commerce, and the Nathan Hale Branch of the American Red Cross. He has served as an attorney Trial Referee and as attorney for the Town of Vernon.
